im currently stuck at the water facility on the plot "Memory Lane" and ive tried multiple times raising/lowering the water yet nothing happened. Is there any details ive been leaving out? Any advice is appreciated.
Turn on the second water-level-raising switch, then burst the pipe to the left of the switch.
