Looking for Feedback on My New TTRPG: After the Blast

I’ve just released my brand-new print-and-play TTRPG, After the Blast, and I’d love your thoughts on it!

It’s a post-apocalyptic survival game where you create survivors of the Great Fire, scavenge gear, endure radiation storms, and risk mutations as you face raiders, ghouls, and wasteland factions. The rules are light and fast, with a 1-page character sheet to make it easy to jump in for one-shots or campaigns.

Since this is the first public release, I’m especially looking for feedback on:

  • How smooth the rules feel at the table

  • Whether the character sheet is clear and usable

  • What parts of the game you’d like to see expanded (gear, mutations, factions, etc.)

👉Download the game, give it a spin, and let me know what works — and what could make After the Blast even better. Your feedback will help shape the next version!

Thanks so much for checking out the game and for the thoughtful feedback! I really appreciate your suggestions on polish:

  • I’ll add the intended player count on the Itch page — that’s a great detail that can help groups know what to expect.

  • I’ll update the game to include a clear “Made by [username]” credit and maybe even an acknowledgements section. It’s a nice touch to give thanks where it’s due.

  • As for cover art, I don’t usually focus on that side of things — I tend to put my energy into the mechanics and writing — but you’re right that it could add some nice value. I’ll keep it in mind as something to explore down the road, even if it’s something simple.

I’d also love to hear how the game actually played for you at the table! Did it feel fun, smooth, and easy to run? And if you’ve had a chance to try any of my other TTRPGs, I’d be really curious to know what you thought of those too.

Thanks again for taking the time to play and share feedback — it’s super helpful as I keep refining these games.
