i cant get the dialog option for Anna on the friday to allow travel to StarCon, can anyone help?

Hmm. Check out the mail about Starcon and make sure that you have 4 hearts. I don’t remember if is necessary talk with Anna about that now.

Upon Anna reaching 4 hearts you will receive mail for Starcon. You can select Starcon on the weekend trips menu.
