Does anyone know where the ghost underwear is? I have found the doll and shoes so far, but I'm not sure if the shoes are automatically equipped.
I think I know what you're talking about. Are you referring to the women's restroom animation and the filming animation? So that seems to be what I've found, but I still can't find anything about ghost underwear. Is it also an auto-equip item? Or????

The underwear will show up in the inventory after you get it. The running shoes can be selected at the board in Mei's house after you completed Shizuka's quest in the secret Karasuyama house.
