Hi,I am a long-time supporting user and I have purchased previous game DLCs etc. However, not all of my protagonist's memory pictures have been unlocked. Is this normal?

To unlock artworks in Memories, you have to redeem a Lisence Key patch (the one you used to authorize the game before).

Each patch has an unique artworks. So it's normal to not have every Memory unlocked. Only a few players who have bought every single patch released are able to collect them all.

How can we download the old version and update it?  It is very unsatisfying that the rewards I received before were cancelled due to phone problems or deletion of old files even though I have always been supported.
