Erasing spaces doesn't delete other spaces' path reference to it

Basically, what happens here is that the blue space links to a pass-by event space. When I delete it, the destination data still persists, so placing a new space (which takes that same space ID), the blue space references the new one unintentionally, and doesn't reveal it until clicked,  which can cause unexpected junctions in-game.

Fixed in the latest update!
