Up your level to lv9-10, then kill the naga then the wolf first. The rhino is easy save him for the last he took x4 damage from water skills.
What element should I use to attack each one?
Both naga and the wolf has quite low physical defense so you can likely use physical attacks. Can use "Scout" skill to reveal their weaknesses.
Also don't fforget to allocate character stat points, I recommend to allocate some in AGI because it will decide who moves faster. The wolf has quite high base speed stat so he will likely strike first.
