Yeah, I tried opening the previous version (At least I'm pretty sure it's the previous version since it doesn't have the C at the end of the 82) and it was downloading at a pretty decent pace until it reached 298 MB of 1.9GB and then the download just stagnated at 0 B/s. It hasn't asked about permissions yet but it still isn't moving. I'm going to try restarting my computer and then checking if its either returned to needing permissions or it just works (since that was what I did last time, I'm pretty sure). 

Yup, back to no permissions...
