There is plenty of explanation of build workshop tech points, but I cant seem to get any production points. Workshop two upgrades, tools upgrade 1. Foreman high INT  and two workers. With no production points I cant manufacture anything.

Make sure that you have complete mechanization (or higher) and you have switched to manufacturing.
