This happened on the first night, when I tried to avoid Toy Bonnie, I took off the Freddy Mask, and I got softlocked watching a blurred video. So, when you take off the Freddy mask early, you may become softlocked. I don't have any evidence(screenshots), but it's something worth checking for the final release. (The purpose of the image I inserted is to represent what happened before the softlock.)
