I played the game a few months back, before religion and forts were added, and I never was able to load any of my save games. I bought the game on steam just now, and still can't load (new, obviously), save games. in fact, out of the two different map I played on, I was only able to save 1, the other one just couldn't and I had to altF4. Great game as always, I like the new additional mechanics, but saves definitely need some changes, idk how it works but it keeps on bugging out on me
