Apparently using cheat code too much and maxing out all of my stats overwhelm the game and everytime I went to the surface, I crashed no matter how many reset, restarting computer and etc (I have good GPU and CPU along with 16 Ram) and got fixed after restarting a new gameplay or loading in previous gameplay till you find the one that dont crash

Just writing this down incase someone did the same thing as me and come across this

Thanks for the information. We'll see if we can do anything about it. It reminds me of the situation with Skyrim mods, when there are too many of them and the game crashes or doesn't start at all. Use cheats wisely)
