Hey Anon42, sorry this isn't directly related to the game (unless it helps with development, I guess) but I've been looking for a way to reach out to you for a while now and outside of subscribing to Patreon or becoming verified on Twitter, this seems to be the only other option, and I only realized it now.

I saw your public Patreon post mentioning that you have TMJ and it's something that I struggled with for a long time, for years, as I was diagnosed with chronic TMJD and told that the only solution was surgery, and it was unlikely to work. I went through that pain for a long time and I know how miserable it can be. I was recommended taking Magnesium supplements so I gave it a try, bought a bottle of Magnesium 500mg from the store, and the pain relief was insane. I was taking it here and there when the pain would act up and it would always help, taking the pain all the way down to 0%.

Eventually, the TMJ went away completely for me. I haven't had any issue with it for maybe 7+ years now. It may not be a miracle cure for you, but it's worth a shot and hopefully it at least alleviates the pain. I hope you see this and that it works for you the way it did for me.
