So long as the post isn't weeks upon weeks old & forgotten, I'll delete it if the offer isn't valid anymore.

What's the project like?

A café owner serves customers by day — and solves ghost mysteries while trying to survive horror scenarios by night.
(First-person gameplay with narrative focus through visual-novel style dialogue system.)

The project is still in very early developement, and we're open to feedback and ideas from everyone on the team.

We’re all working in our spare time, so the pace is relaxed but consistent. We care about the story and are committed to seeing this through.

Who's already part of this project?

  • Unity programmer (Me)
  • Writer
  • Music composer
  • 2D artist

What are we looking for?

Models for the cafe map, food making appliances, food & drinks, characters as well as any needed animations, though it's worth mentioning we aren't opposed to using an asset pack where nescesarry.
I have some experience with modeling and animation in blender, but it's not too much so I'm happy to discuss workload and priorities.

Artstyle

Anime-inspired. Not aiming for realism — stylized is preferred.
There will be a strong contrast in visual tone: bright, cozy daytime vs. dark, unsettling nighttime.

A quick sketch from a design run our artist made can be found below.

It's worth mentioning that the project is made in unity HDRP and won't be using any low-res / ps1 shaders or anything of the sort.
Tetures wouldn't be all that prevelant in my opinion or at least don't need to be all that realistic.

Compensation

This is a rev-share project. No upfront payment — everyone involved will receive a share of this project's revenue, fairly split based on contribution and agreement.

Contact

If you message me outside this platform, please mention this Itch.io post. Or if you'd prefer, feel free to ask questions here in the comments.

Team communication will be happening mainly through discord, but I'm open to other forms of communication so long as you're available.

Hi! I wanted to ask if you'd like to have a va on your project!

Hi Ren,

Thank you for reaching out.

I'm afraid the game wasn't designed with character voices in mind, and after discussing it with the team, it would be quite difficult for us to incorporate that feature on this project

I'm sorry we won't be able to work together on this, but I appreciate your interest.

Wishing you the best of luck with your other projects!

Warm regards,
Kiwikaze
