Good afternoon, help, I can't find the 5th flower, where can I look for it? 

There is 1 flower per dungeon and 1 on the moon. They don't always spawn, but they often do. 
The desert and graveyard are a bit tricky since the dungeon is 1 big floor. A lot of space to search to sometimes find nothing.
