Was fighting a Slime Cube when I got a message that a Fighter had disarmed me. Wandered around the floor for a while and eventually found my weapon.

Guessing the player is getting disarmed if NPCs try to disarm each other.

Edit: Seemed to be from a Fighter fighting a Slime Mold, if that makes any difference.
