how do you fix the ”failed to open document” error

every time i do it from novetus it keeps giving me ”Failed to open document” AND if i do it from ”clients” it still gives me the error how do you fix it??

Мой дорогой друг, не ставь новетус в папку где кириллица или же в папки где кириллица. Тебе надо именно в латинском, потому что по другому будет такая ошибка. У меня была такая же но с другим текстом ведь мой локальный язык японский
