First off, the game is very good and has a very compelling story for this genre! Right now, like it or not, most the nsfw scenes happen once at some point. My recommendation would be more kink variety and more optional scenes. For example, perhaps one of the girls could suggest a kink or toy during a scene that can be declined or accepted for a different scene or not. Additionally, it would be amazing if the "romantic" interest could change over time. Not everyone may want Emily, some may be down bad for Mia or Olivia. The second suggestion may require much more work though, so the first suggestion is what Id weigh more heavily.
