Does anyone know the requirement for VolksAuto Contract to appear?

Does anyone know the requirement for VolksAuto Contract to appear?

I did unlock it, it no longer says "Not Interested in cooperating with you" anymore. It unlocks on Day 4th I think. I do 3 Daily Contracts every day without failing. I've seen and done every other Contract , and now I'm on Day 27th and the VolksAuto Contract never appeared. Does it need some sort of requirement, or does it all depends on Luck? VolksAuto Contract gives Prosthetic Arms & Legs as a reward. Do I have to remove Jun's Arms & Legs and then Stream more often? Does the VolksAuto Contract gonna appear only when I don't have any Arms & Legs in my inventory?

personally i think it's based on how many contracts you've taken and completed

@stalag Hmm... The Respect point from the Contracts? I see... I was wondering why some of my old playthrough have already done VolksAuto Contracts. They were all around on Day 40+, surely they all have really high Respect point. Thank You for your awnswer.

@stalag I figured it out. You must fail or abandon three contracts for VolksAuto Contract to be eligible to appear.
