I've already set the minimum possible settings, the fps should be at least 65, but it still drops and the game becomes uncomfortable. I want to find out if there are any mods to optimize the game????

The new texture of the game and lighting are making game heavier,  i went from version 0.8.2b to 0.8.2 normal b4 textures ware changed and got some fps back

I don't know any optimizing mods for VotV. But, in 0.8.2b I turnd to 0 shadows and make my FPS x3. 
P.S. I must to say, mb not in graphics setting your problem and your processor can not calculate all stuf normaly. My problem was in not optimized lighting, but I think my CPU can some thing and we have not same situation
