I clicked exe and got nothing, just a blue circle loading next to the cursor, after waiting for a while nothing happened, I deleted and downloaded multiple times, but got the same result.
Well, it's amazing, it occurred to me that the current language used in a "non-Unicode" program might affect how the zip is unziped, so after I changed the original Japanese to English, I unziped the game again and it worked, hopefully my solution will help others.
