I looked into this, and as far as I can tell, it seems like this is a hardware issue. I believe your CPU is too old. :(

As I did not create the game engine (Danmakufu ph3sx) there's nothing I can do about this. Sorry to hear about that.

no, I couldn't do it that way, either...

Whenever you upgrade your PC, you should be able to play it. Although, I'm not sure it runs on windows 11 either...

Sooner or later, I think you'll be able to play it.

Some of the background slightly visually bug out, i'm on windows 11 using an Nvidia GPU and my refresh rate is 144hz. if needed i can link my recording of the game here

edit: looking back at the video which is 60fps, nothing appears, it may have to do with refresh rate?

yes, and also a single part in stage 3 looks a little buggy, but not too bad

yeah, I know of those areas... I might fix em for the final release. They were always really finicky
