I cant figure out how to make the cops into enforcers. I have the upgrade but can figure out what to do with the cops after they've been arrested.
Should be an option in the jail area
Yeah, sorry still not seeing it. Maybe it's bugged? I bought the upgrade before I raided the station.
edit: Nope. Started over and waited to buy the enforcer upgrade. Still don't see it. :/
