Kissing anywhere other than the lips used to trigger dialogue for respective areas, but I haven't gotten any dialogue since updating to 0.90.13.  Is this a common issue, and is there a fix?

Edit: My game is up to date patch-wise. Currently 0.90.15 as of this post.
