here's what i know:

-Charlotte Sidequest trigger in the hallway

-Himari Questline trigger at the entrance (this unlock the elevator)

-Badlands Questline: talk to anna in the kitchen about a magazine/ go to the mall and celeste will talk to you (don't know wich is first). go to starcon and talk to celeste, go to celeste in the badland, talk to anna in the kitchen again (talk about the magazine), on a new day go work in the basement, follow the quest "going live(anna)" 

-New scenes for Samantha: go play video games lan at her house friday
