Usually with games that are often update, there's a lot of roadblocks and level or skill caps to get anyone from grinding non-stop before the game is even done. But so far I haven't seen that her level wise. But it does seem like your HP caps at 60 and most skills and spells can only be unlocked once. Few can be improved beyond that.
