Iamacheater or some variant of that. As for if it affects anything, as far as I can tell no. The landlord increases rent to f you have a ton of money but that happens whether you cheat to not.
As previously stated, "Iamacheater", the only extra thing you'll get is a message calling you a cheater on the achievements screen and the landlord asking for more rent but y'know that will always happen
