Hi everyone,

I finally made the cinematic introduction for Great Gate Island! 🎬

I received valuable feedback from the Values community about adding more information regarding the game’s lore and narrative. Since I hadn’t yet created a proper story introduction, I took the time to develop one, and I hope this cinematic provides more context, a stronger sense of mystery, and introduces some of the key figures in the game.

In addition, I’ve also modified the beginning of the game to ensure that players have a clearer understanding of their purpose in the world while still maintaining the sense of discovery and intrigue.
