A way to paint elements on the map?

Sorry if this has already been answered, or if the request has been planned or declined; I'm new to this generator and the community.

Is there a way to "paint" elements into a generated map? E.g., if I generate a base map that I like and then want to add a new neighborhood, or an inn, or a field, or a river, etc, so that I can select that element and then draw it on the map, either eliminating the overwritten elements or pushing them aside?

Either way, I love this tool and will be using it for future DnD games; in my current use case, I'm using it to try and map out a town that was verbally described by our DM, so there are certain elements that should be included, and I'm uncertain if this tool allows the kind of granular additions I'm hoping for. Any insight is appreciated!
