Put simply: 32-bit is for much older Android phones. As long as your phone was built within this decade, you'll want the 64-bit APK. Example: if you have the last Google Nexus phone with life still in it, you want 32-bit. If you have even the oldest Google Pixel, 64-bit is the way to go.
