I bought the game, but didnt do it under an itch account. I just created an account but am unsure if I can get the updated content without having to re-buy.

Nvm, saw the post about the steam key and found my receipt email. got the key and activated it there. Looking forward to playing through new content :D

This game isn't on steam, maybe you are talking about Magical Waifus Academy?
