So, I've read around on other threads - I don't have Citrix installed, and I added the folder and the application as exceptions in my antivirus.  I've also tried running on multiple aspect ratios, updated my graphics driver, and manually ran on both my integrated card and GPU. How can I fix this?

Basically, what happens when I open the sofware, is that the logo displays, and then it immediately starts to hang up and not respond.

For reference, I'm using windows 10, have 8gb of ram.
