For save files on the public version, it should be safe to use them and continue the game once the game is updated to complete version.
For save files on the patreon version, we will do our best to make it possible to use them in future updates. However, since Patreon version focused more on finishing the main story, there might be something that are missing since we go back and polish and fill in many side content in those chapters. If you're only interested in the main story, then there should be no issue.
