Overview
This log is used tracks bugs encountered during testing. Additional details and images will be added as bugs are replicated and analyzed further.
Bug 1: Teleport Home Item Timer Does Not Reset Properly
- Issue: The teleport home item timer does not reset after 300 seconds when placed in the first inventory slot.
- Expected Behavior: Timer should reset every 300 seconds regardless of whether the inventory is open or closed.
- Steps to Reproduce:
- Place the teleport home item in the first inventory slot.
- Close the inventory.
- Wait for 300 seconds.
- Observe if the timer resets (it doesn’t unless the inventory remains open).
- Workaround: Keep the inventory open for the timer to function correctly. Replace the item in an other slot.
Bug 2: Able to Walk Over Water (Cannot Move Away)
- Issue: At certain water points, the player can walk over the water repeatedly, making them unable to move away.
- Expected Behavior: The player should be unable to walk on water and should be repelled or restricted when encountering water.
- Steps to Reproduce:
- Approach specific water points.
- Attempt to cross.
- Observe the player walking over water and becoming stuck.
- Only teleport home allows the player to escape.
- Workaround: Use the teleport home feature to leave the area.
Bug 3: Iron Node in Node Mine Causes Freezing
- Issue: Interacting with the iron node in the middle of the node mine can cause the game to freeze, especially when other windows (e.g., inventory) are open.
- Expected Behavior: Interacting with the iron node should not cause the game to freeze.
- Steps to Reproduce (Requires Testing):
- Open the inventory or another window.
- Attempt to interact with the iron node in the center of the node mine.
- Observe if the game freezes.
- Workaround: Close other windows before interacting with the node. when stuck, Use the teleport home feature to leave the area.
Bug 4: Saws Consumed Incorrectly When Crafting Planks
- Issue: When using saws to craft planks, all saws in the inventory are consumed, even though only one saw is needed.
- Expected Behavior: Crafting should consume only the required number of saws (i.e., 1 saw per crafting operation).
- Steps to Reproduce:
- Gather multiple saws in the inventory.
- Use the saws to craft planks.
- Observe that all saws are consumed in the process.
- Workaround: Manually keep only one saw in the inventory when crafting.
