Also having issues. The error that pops up reads "VictorianDeathbedSimulator cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware." Downloaded twice, same error popped up each time.
Hey, sorry I never saw this reply but thank you very much for posting the solution! :) I'm a windows person, and for us there's usually a little popup warning that we can override when it's from a "nontrusted publisher" or something like that. Glad you got it working, and hope you enjoyed!
