!! Audio Soundboard for D&D User Manual: !!
Welcome to the user manual for the audio soundboard for D&D!

There are several features that allow you to enrich your tabletop experience that include:

## Easy sound management: ##

You can quickly and easily import sounds that you want to use in your campaign in an organized list

You can manage your list of sounds using the buttons on the bottom of the list as well as the buttons next to the sounds

* In order to add a file, click 'Import Audio' and then navigate to where the file is on your system and double click the file.
** You can add more sounds by repeating this process.

* In order to play a sound, you can click the 'Play' button next to the title of the sound file in the list.
* In order to remove a sound from the list, you can click the 'Remove' button next to the sound in the list.
* To stop playback of the sound, you can click the 'Stop' button next to the name in the list.

* To adjust the volume of the playback of each sound, you can adjust the slider underneath each category to your liking.
* To completely stop the playback of one category, you can click the 'Stop Audio' button underneath the list of each category.

* In order to reset the list to empty, you can click the 'Clear List' button next to the 'Stop Audio' button.

## Sound categories ##

In Audio Soundboard for D&D, you can manage your sounds into different categories depending on how you want them to be played.

* The left-most category, BGM, allows you to easily loop a background track that is meant to be a longer audio file for ambience.

* The middle category, SFX, is meant for shorter, more repeatable sounds like hit sounds, sounds after rolls, sounds after choices, etc.

* The right-most category, Monster, is meant for sounds related to enemy combat and action, such as varied sounds for the same monster type, monster noises such as attack, hurt, death, buffs, etc.

## Status text ##

In each category, the status of playback for each category can be seen underneath the category controls and volume slider. There are a few statuses to know of.

* The 'Ready to Import' status shows that the current category has no audio imported in the list yet and that it is ready to import audio.

* The 'Loading Audio Files complete' status indicates that the file that you are importing is done importing and has been added to the list.

* The 'Ready To Play' status indicates that there is no audio currently playing in the category and that the category is primed and ready to play audio.

* The '|> (audio name)' status indicates what sound in the list is currently in playback. This can be especially useful for background music so that you can know what background music is playing.
