1. What's your vision of this game?

My vision of this game is to at least complete the main popular pokemons with different growth paths.

As mentioned earlier, the main focus will be around Breast Expansion and Muscle Growth for Pokemons. Therefore, I don't think I will be doing any for humans. Hence, I believe we can say that it's a 100% furry related game.

My next Pokemon will be Charizard, which will be implementing Muscle Growth and Breast Expansion. Here is a sneakpeak of some of the generated images if you are interested. (Check in Game)

2. Are you planning to have sexual images?

Yes, I am planning to have some. You may see the sneakpeak images earlier (Check in Game). I am still determining if audio are needed, and if so, I need to look for suitable AI Pokemon voices. But that's not my primary focus for now.

3. What's the gameplay going to be in the future?

Right now, I admit that there's not much gameplay involved as I am also not a good game designer, but it is my dream to have a game around growth and Pokemon. 

I wish that the gameplay experience is smooth and nice, and each path can be finished in around 2-3 hours. The game would be linear instead of multiple possible growth paths in one run. Therefore to compensate that, I will try to have multiple individual linear growth paths. I hope that you may focus on your selected growth path and enjoy the journey. 

We could have some checkpoint bosses or rival, and perhaps some awards for the player to grow as well. I am planning to have some sort of player customization to make it more immersive gameplay, with you as the actual player and your beloved Pokemon. 

But for now as the first public version, I will stick with the simple minigame of completing the moves sequence and making the level up cap to 2 for each levels. The moves sequence minigame was inspired by the Pokemon Super Contest format, where your Pokemon are required to perform moves to earn scores.

I also need to think of the universe setting of this game once the gameplay mechanic is finalized. There will not be any major story or plot in the game. 

4. Is this your first game?

Yes. This is my first game, and also my first time using Twine. It's also my first time using image generation and passage generation AI tools. I must admit that there are many small flaws between image stages if you are a observant. I have tried my best. This took me around a month for this with AI tools. 

Despite that, the challenge is to have consistent art style generation, which I believe we can work on it. For Eevee's path, I believe we have a somewhat consistent art style between stages.

You might be curious why I chose Twine? The reason is because I want the file to be small and easy to manage between versions, I wish that the save files can carried through versions. (I also need to reconfirm whether the save files can successfully transfer between versions.) Another reason is for mobile compatibility, sometimes the simple html code will work wonders in multiple platforms.

5. Regarding the Eevee's Path

I have purposely chose Eevee's body to be shortstack, and fixed to portrait mode for a better consistent comparison between stages. You might noted that there's no description of player, as I am planning to have it as a separate event for better text customization and different images. But for now, the generated passages will be solely describing Eevee. 

6. What's your plan of updating the game?

I wish to have an update of about 1 to 3 months after hotfixes due to my work, but I will try to make it a monthly update. However, this is not guaranteed as it's my first time doing this. Despite that, I hope that you all are looking forward to each update and I wish to provide updates with enough quality over quantity. 

7. Are you planning to open Discord and Patreon?

Sure, we may open Discord and Patreon for supporting this game together, please feel free to state this if needed to. Right now I have no idea on what I can offer for Patreon supporters and the price range. Probably Patreon supporters have alpha builds of the update, please let me know if you have any ideas. 

8. Any favorite growth games?

9. So In conclusion, what's are we expecting for the next version?

For the next version, although I would love to generate images and passages for Charizard, I wish to finalize the core gameplay mechanics first. My possible choices are a Rival system, checkpoint boss fight, and the Pokemon Super Contest moves minigame.

Me personally are not familiar with pregnancy growth related content, but it could be fun and we may have a few ways of implementing it. I'll think about it once we figure out the gameplay. Thanks for suggesting!

At around level 20 the text becomes extremely repetitive for a bunch of levels in a row, then its new again but the same thing happens. Its hard to stay engaged if you keep reading the same lines over and over again. Also had an error message on three or four levels. It didn't cause issues but still. You can also go past lvl 100, which you're not supposed to.

Thanks for the feedback. You are correct that the text are repetitive for the same sentence word by word while I only change the description slightly between stages. I believe the error message and past lv100 problems should be an easy fix, thanks for finding them.

For now, my simplest and quickest solution is to paraphrase and retell the stories in a completely different set of sentences with the same content between levels. I think I can change all of the repeating texts starting lv10 in the next update so you will not read the exact same sentence word by word. This won't solve the issue of repeating content structure, but I hope at least it won't be word by word repetitive. I'll admit it's the lack of creativity of my side in terms of storytelling writing, especially a completely new passage for each level stage.

For the future, I wish provide some scenarios that are in a different content to avoid "reading the same story". Perhaps in some levels will be in a mountain cave, some levels will be near the beach, some levels will be in the woods, etc., to mimic the journey of traveling different places.

Perhaps another thing is that you don't always need to go fondle her breasts or have an intimate moment. It can still be lewd but sometimes enjoying the moment is also fine. Perhaps in your prompt for the AI, try putting in that it should avoid summaring to prevent the whole 'despite everything' shtick.

Great suggestion, we can have branches for "casual morning", "little lewd" or "full lewd" of passages at later level. I'll would like to implement it. 

I must also address that the generated text now in this first version is more or less a sequence of events, and not narrative enough. I am planning to reuse this generated text and re-feed them back to the model for a much better descriptive narration. 

So far the lv10 and lv11 newly generated experimental texts after tons of tweaking the model and recycling for the past few hours, they are now 100% different in words, no recycling sentence structures, and achieved better narrative while having similar content to the original. It's way better now, so thank you so much for the prior suggestion.

the number of times I've read some variation of
"Though she hasn't undergone any significant growth" /
"Though her growth has been subtle "/ " have grown ever so slightly since reaching level" "you discover that Eevee's growth has slowed once again"
is annoying.
either add more giantess/ hyper sizes or cut down on stages until there's significant growth at each level

For Eevee I don't have much plans of making her to be a giantess, but other pokemons I do. 

For the growth quotes stated here, it was supposed to meant height growth, but it looks like the description fails to do so. I'll make sure the text that she will always have growth every level in some parts of her body clearly, and not state any parts that did not grow to distract from the pretty new growth. Thanks for the feedback. 

Hey repoke, while it's still early in development what are your plans for bringing something of your own to the game?

There seems to be some potential with the training mechanic, but if you're using both "passage generation AI tools" and genn'd art then all that's left is the game design. Twine games are capable of a lot, and I see you've got something in the training mechanic that could be built on but as it currently is, that's not enough to make me feel like this wasn't a waste of my own time to play.

I must recommend in the strongest of terms you don't publish text given to you from a generated story writer as is. The quality is frankly atrocious and reflects poorly on the game overall and you. If you are absolutely lost for ideas and wish to use those passages as a starting point for your own writing then by all means! If you choose to rely on a generator to give you a rough outline or even simple bullet points and then you write a story on your own from that; that's actually slightly better!

If English isn't your first language or something you're confident in, a project like this is the perfect opportunity to practise your writing. All those games you've listed as your favourites, I understand they're all original writing, so please take inspiration from their writing / development styles too! Partner up with someone else if you want! Just, while it's still early, - please - reconsider how you approach this.


Else to be blunt: If you can't be bothered to write the game yourself, I cannot be bothered to read it.

You're correct that English is not my first language, heck I'm not even a good writer in my own language! (SOB)

I would love to try and write the stories myself, if I am skillfully capable to. I did try to write a few in my old accounts in some platforms but the past comments weren't the best due to the lack of my narrative, descriptive way of storytelling. Anyways that's not the main point or excuse.

I will agree that generative text has no human warmth in it, or the writer's soul. I should be the writer and not the AI. I was so excited to publish the idea of my wildest imaginations, that I neglected somethings... Thanks for reminding.

As a matter of fact, I am trying to rewrite all these darlings my own, but instead I'm using AI as a support (fixing language, better narrative structure, better vocabs, etc.), no more fully generated texts from them. Although it's only for the first few level stages, but that's something I'm working on slowly at the moment. I must agree it's definitely better quality wise, I have learnt more as I involved more in writing these things myself now, and I'm more emotionally happier on the result. 

Thanks for the warning call, and I really appreciate your sincere warm suggestions a lot! And also thanks for seeing the potential in me, really encourages me to further improve myself more. For now, please wait for a while while I slowly fixing the things. 

Get a native English speaking editor/partner. Use ai not to write everything for you, but to clean up what you write.
