To begin with, I've been playing the game since very early versions, my thoughts may not be relevant. And English is not my native language.
The prisoners. You can't do anything with prisoners because they can't do it, and your main character (or anyone you've taught in all the books) is passive in all poses. At least that's how I remember it.
The prisoner cannot be undressed (without his approval, lol), and I need his armor set (and his weapon). But the prisoner can be changed without his permission.
The player's avatar. When the level of consumables increases, the new pumping system does not work, only the level increases.
It would also be nice to be able to remove character traits (I mean any, not just negative ones)
Buildings. The bug (or feature) when, when changing buildings, they kept their level was removed (goodbye gold mines of level 10) - this is good, but the bug was funny.
Traps. I understand that the version of the game is very early, but in the future traps need to be limited somehow. A corridor of four traps is enough to kill everyone, regardless of level and equipment. If there are ramifications (like in a real dungeon), even two traps are enough, adventurers will enter the same trap and die.
But the trap that damages my clothes almost never works for me, maybe I'm so lucky personally. Even at the maximum trap level.
A demonic (or red, or bloody) potion. Of course, it says there's a small chance, but no matter how many potions I drink, my goblin never got a single demonic trait.
In general, these are all my thoughts, I am actively following the development.
