First time I hear about this load problem on mobile. CH was developed mobile first. Are you using a tablet or high resolution phone? I'm going to ask for the team to look up into it.

About the progression, the game is not complete yet. It will be updated biweekly with fresh content, so keep an eye to keep evolving your story. I would imagine that it has a lot more content than just one hour, but the best way to see if you saw all the content, is checking the Dates available on the Walkthrough. There you are going to see if you saw everything and how to start the Dates you might not have played yet.
