I'm not sure if it's just me but whenever I try to download the new version it always freezes up once it reaches 15% of the total download. I've tried using the alternate download method, redownloading the zip software that the game needed when I first downloaded it and I'm kind of fresh out of ideas. Has anyone else found a way to deal with this issue?

edit: it additionally says that it doesn't have the required permissions for the download so I'm not sure if it's based on some settings on my laptop or not.
