after finishing the one specific end of the side story of the chruch, the nun and priestbot will go to a trip together.
After they returning, they can help you fixing your broken parts, and there will be some dialogue and selections to make. make sure choose differently for it may trigger the bad end.
Then the robot might stay with you and you just countinue on paying your rent and interacting with bot forever, which are the basic playing of this game and no more other story.
I think you just entering the main story of the game, and the developer just didn't finish it so it's just a bad end for player for this version of the game.
