I was trying to create an account to connect but it said that an account with this email adress alrady exist but when i tried clicking on I forgot my password a pop-up appeared saying that an account with this email adress doesn't exist.

I managed to get to the cloud save but im missing some saves most of my affinities are reset is there something I can do?
