So I would to make a one Scene game to take part in the https://ai.google.dev/competition . The whole game takes place in a single room (dinner or night bar) viewed from above (maybe not directly but with a small angle) . I need some art for "background", couple of characters with loop animation from above, and maybe some art for close up when your main character interacts with characters. I could pay around 100 euros for some demo, and there is potential collaboration for the contest submission or based on result rehiring for the polishing part.
