How does working_directory work?

Great extension!

I could be mistaken, but the extension seems to have changed the way the working_directory works in GameMaker.

It took it from going to its own folder in AppData/Local/ProjectName to "AppData\Local\GameMakerStudio2\GMS2TEMP\ProjectName_[random characters]"

It sort of broke a lot of my saving and ini option system.

Is there a way to make working_directory work as it was before the extension? Thanks

it really sounds like this has nothing to do with my extensions but rather you have tried one of them which has the filesystem sandbox turned off, in which case you are used to working with that turned on.

also, you can use game_save_id instead of working_directory; it is guaranteed to give you the path you want.
