Binging Gerry Anderson material for my space shooter, I mean researching! A lot of the serious stuff is pretty okay but since I wanted a humorous slant, Terrahawks was pretty inspiring. Also, Sid and Marty Croft for whatever reason, just to get a feel for something different. I like the idea of using puppets but decided it doesn't really translate into game graphics, unless I were to film live-action puppets and use that material to create what I am after. Probably just going to toss out complex NPC interactions and focus on the ships and the mobs. Just have a simple dialog and picture frame for any characters. Rigging Bort was still fun.
