Anyone know how to get to it? Or what it does? There's a tentacle wall in the way.
It's a quest item for one of the guild quests in Lakeview. I think once you clear the dungeon and accept the quest, it should be accessible when you return. There is another back way to get at it through the mansion, if you have the right upgrade.
