I was playing like usual but when I got finished with Claire's blowjob I stepped out of her office in saved right before I stepped out and I don't have any other saves in this game please help the only things I can do is go in the menu but that's all

That's a very weird bug.

There should be an AUTO tab in the load menu, it autosaves every time you go to sleep. You can probably continue from there.

Doesn't work every save there is the save I made after the bug because I tried if reloading would work
