If you pay for the NSFW version you will get the NSFW scenes, so yes; you'll get them immediately when you purchase it since there's some NSFW content already in this version.
Of course the game isn't fully developed yet but, when it will be updated you should get access to the newer NSFW content since you bought the spicy version of the game-
