Hi, I have Android 14 on my smartphone and the google play Panzer Marshal page says "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android". So yeah can't install it. What is the newest version of android that this game works?

I have played this game in the browser on PC and I like its interface more than in Open General (something that irritates me).
Any plans on upgrading it? I have also tested it on browser on smartphone and I like it.
