Hello, I'm Japanese so my English is awful. Sorry

I'm enjoying playing this game even I bankrupt. But I want to success to manage idols.

Can you tell me some tips to not bankrupt?

I think  I need some tutorial for playing this game. Please help me ; ;

I am starting too in this game. I do not know how to make money easily, but if you press "Y" in the game, you get 1,000,000 yen as cheat.

I hope I helped you!

i just got this game today, but without using cheats, concerts get a lot of money!! i took out loans until i could afford to have one and it helped me make enough money to stop being bankrupt.

Hello, i struggled realy bad like you at the begining : had to restart every time till i got the right thing to do (without cheat of course)!

Here a tip of how i play:

- First just start with the basic room, 1 manager, 1 Record, 1 Dance

- choose 3 Idols directly (the best one you can have)

- Start by rising your fan number till you have enought points to create a single

- When you create a single, do only digital one at first. The moment lyric is done, start a second single. Then switch to generating money in the activity when you have a base of 150 or more fans

- Now you have a solid base. Continue to creating single (Digital only) till you have 5 or 6. Here you can start doing CD: start few 100 then 150 , 200 ....etc. and progressively

- Remember to check your Idol stamina, and try to alternate their activity (Ex: Money Money Spa, Money Money Spa), Your first 3 Idol will suffer mental stamina a lot but it's for the greater good

- When creating single alternate between Digital and CD (Ex: 5 CD - 1 Digital; 3 CD - 1 Digital).

- And when you have enough money do a spectacle. it generate big money

Tricx147 already said some of this, but here are some more details:

- Hire cheap staff with stars in Coaching (dance and music) and Production (manager).
- Wait for enough Research points to get one skill per staffer (make sure the manager skill is digital sales and the producer skill is a music genre!) to be able to release a single.
- As soon as you're able, start releasing digital singles. You can work on many at the same time (4, so each staffer works on one at a time). Put your best idol as the center.
- Once you have 5 singles (digital only is OK), do a concert. You can change the ticket price! Adjust it to as high as you can while keeping attendance at 100%.
- As soon as you're able, unlock photoshoots with your manager's Research points, and have them try to find deals.

If you've reached this point you should have enough money that you won't go bankrupt anymore.

When I have 5+ digital singles and try to do a concert, the concerts cost at least 600,000 , revenue is less than 10,000 per song, and attendance rate is less than 10% even when the tickets are free. I can't make any money doing concerts and the singles only give me 2000. The weekly cost is almost 100,000 even when I get the cheapest staff and only have the minimum. Am I just playing really badly or is there some miscalculation in my game?

I haven't played in a while and the game may have updated since but are you picking girls for each song when you do concerts? The most popular girls always give the biggest boost.

When you add a song to the concert, the game seems to automatically pick whatever girl was center when you made the single. I don't know if you can change it, so I mostly had my "best" idol lead almost every single until I had a couple of successful songs. My first concert only pulled in maybe ¥300 000 profit, but a few months later I had some songs sell well enough that my second concert pulled in maybe ¥19 000 000 in profit. I'm still not quite sure how it all works.

To elaborate on something that's brought up during an intro sequence, there are 4 types of business proposals:

  • Photoshoots: 1-time job that generates high money, low exposure
  • Variety shows: 1-time job that generates high exposure, low money
  • Advertisements:  3-month job that generates high money, low exposure
  • TV dramas: 3-month job that generates high exposure, low money

If you are looking to get money as quickly as possible, photoshoots are probably the best way to do that! You can also try advertisements if you want more long-term revenue.

In order to unlock different types of business proposals, check the research tab and look under the managers section.  (It's the same place you go to unlock or upgrade different marketing strategies for singles.)  If you want to focus on a specific type of proposal, you can do that over in the policies tab.

To generate a business proposal, place a business manager to a room and use their context menu to select "business proposal."  You can also check the box for "auto-proposals" in the context menu if you want your business manager to generate business proposals when they're not working on something else.  (Note that by default, staffers generate research points whenever they're not working on anything else.  If you assign a business manager to "auto-proposals," this means that she will generate business proposals when she's not working on anything else, which will prevent her from performing research, so be sure to turn off auto-proposals if you want her to generate research points instead.)

Its all good... but i cant audition at the start because i dont have enough money. I just hire the cheapest staff and buy offices, record and danceroom.

And we are not talking about wasting time and money when the producer is gaining pt
